2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Full Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have accessed less than 20% of the course content.

Technical issues on our platform prevent you from accessing purchased content, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.

A masterclass is cancelled by the instructor or Rendoria before its scheduled start date.

You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part.

2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds may be considered if:

You request a refund between 14 and 30 days of purchase and have accessed less than 30% of the course content. A partial refund of 50% may be granted at our discretion.

Significant changes to course content or instructor occur after purchase, resulting in material differences from what was advertised.

2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted if:

More than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase.

You have accessed more than 30% of the course content.

You have downloaded course materials or certificates of completion.

You change your mind after fully accessing the content.

You violated our Terms of Service, resulting in account suspension or termination.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis if requested within the first 60 days of the subscription period and if less than 25% of available content has been accessed.

After 60 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, though you may cancel to prevent future charges.

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Promotional Purchases

Content purchased during promotional periods or using discount codes is subject to the same refund policy. However, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid, not the original full price.

5.2 Bundle Purchases

If you purchased a bundle of multiple masterclasses, refund eligibility applies to the bundle as a whole. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available unless the entire bundle qualifies for refund under this policy.

5.3 Gift Purchases

Masterclasses purchased as gifts may be refunded only if the gift recipient has not redeemed or accessed the content. Once redeemed, the standard refund policy applies based on the redemption date.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing content or have concerns about content quality, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve technical issues promptly and may offer refunds if issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Quality concerns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer alternative solutions, such as access to different content or platform credits, before processing a refund.

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing concerns before pursuing chargebacks.

If a chargeback is found to be unjustified, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the amount owed and may restrict future access to our platform.

8. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

9. No Refund After Course Completion

Once you have completed a masterclass and received a certificate of completion, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as you have received the full value of the educational content purchased.
